What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement integrated frameworks for talent management, succession planning, and performance development.
  • Coordinate the People Position Review (PPR), including talent identification, calibration, and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate career development journeys and internal mobility, including coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Oversee psychometric and competency assessments through external providers and ensure quality and compliance.
  • Lead organisational development initiatives that align with evolving business and structural needs.
  • Govern job design processes and ensure operational alignment.
  • Manage the national learning and development strategy, budget, and coaching requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellness, and inclusion programs across the South African platform.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and support to the broader HR team on strategic people matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior or management role.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, coaching, and career path design.
  • Comfortable coaching senior leaders and supporting individuals across all levels of the organisation.
  • Able to oversee and facilitate psychometric and competency-based assessments (no registration required).
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead change, and work independently within a complex environment.
  • Diplomatic, mature, and solutions-driven—able to navigate sensitive issues and resolve conflict with professionalism.
  • Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Willingness to travel within South Africa as needed.

What We Offer

  • Strategic HR leadership role in a purpose-driven environment.
  • Exposure to global-level programs with cross-regional collaboration.
  • High-impact position shaping the growth and capability of a diverse and expanding team.
  • Inclusive, values-based culture with strong professional development focus.
