Overview

As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects by developing and implementing robust Quality Management Systems.

Your focus will be on overseeing quality throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from design and procurement to installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

This role requires a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and industry standards, as well as a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems

    • Establish comprehensive processes, procedures, and guidelines for project quality.
    • Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and Improve Product Quality

    • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality control checks.
    • Identify and address deviations from quality standards through corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Develop and Train Quality Assurance Team

    • Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled quality assurance team.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.
    • Foster a culture of quality excellence within the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5-10 years in quality management roles, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and standards.
    • Proven track record in conducting audits, inspections, and quality control processes.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and guide a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: A relevant degree or certification in Quality Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite near Vryburg, Kenhardt, or Aggeneys.
